PRP provides individualized support for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health challenges. Services help clients develop practical skills needed to successfully live, learn, work, and participate in their communities.
Clients may receive support with symptom management, coping skills development, time management, personal hygiene, daily living skills, social skills, nutrition and wellness, educational support, employment readiness, housing assistance, and connection to community resources.
Our Rehabilitation Specialists work one-on-one with clients to set goals, strengthen daily functioning, improve relationships, access community supports, and develop the skills needed for greater independence and long-term success.
Support with managing mental health symptoms, identifying triggers, and developing strategies for daily success.
